My Working Place

“Since joining CTDI in 2013, I’ve grown through diverse roles and projects — today, as Quality-Environment Manager in Bucharest, I ensure ISO compliance and conduct audits. The best part about my job is the diverse range of daily activities. No two days are the same. Each day brings something new. Being part of many different projects during the last years was a fun experience and a beneficial contribution to my personal and professional development.”

— Karolina Ene-Dosa
Quality & Environment Manager (Romania)

“I've been working here for over 20 years, and I still don't get bored. The opportunity to learn new technologies and search for innovative solutions in automation and robotics is the essence of an interesting and challenging job at CTDI in the Engineering Department (R&D Poland). For anyone with even a passing interest in electronics, telecommunications, or programming, this is a fascinating place to work. However, the greatest satisfaction comes from knowing that CTDI employees use the technical solutions we've developed every day.”

— Łukasz Macnar
Concept Designer & R&D Manager (Poland)

"As Head of Operations, I am responsible for controlling all operational activities on site, regardless of the customer. I am also responsible for taking the right measures to ensure that the expected level of customer satisfaction is achieved. All of this must, of course, be in line with the quality rules set up by Headquarter. My job gives me the opportunity to interact with many different people from various departments within our local branch, as well as with the headquarters and our various customers.

I joined the CTDI family in 2002 as a repair technician, followed by a role as an order controller. I then developed into a position in the Program Management team and finally got my current job as the Head of Operations. The opportunity for career progression was a key motivator for me when I joined CTDI, and my expectations have been fully realized."

— Christophe Bord
Head of Operations / Program Manager (France)

"I have been part of the CTDI family since 2015. Before that, I was employed as a temporary worker and was taken on by CTDI. As a logistics specialist, I am responsible for receiving goods, entering them into the internal system, storing them and shipping equipment to customers. I also work in order picking, which means I prepare the devices that are to be configured. My work is very varied and I am constantly faced with new challenges. You can't say, “Today I'll do this, tomorrow I'll do that,” because a delivery might arrive and you have to completely rethink your plans.

Overall, the work-life balance is quite good. In consultation with my supervisor, I can keep appointments that would cause problems for me in other companies (e.g. doctor's appointments).“

— René Illgen
Logistics Specialist – Sömmerda (Germany)

“I work in project planning for management technology and oversee the expansion of the fiber optic broadband network. I find the combination of technical planning, legal coordination, and on-site work particularly exciting. I appreciate the flexible working hours and the collegial atmosphere, which makes for a very pleasant working environment.”

— Tobias Heunemann
Expert Project Planning Line Technology – Nörten-Hardenberg (Germany)

"I joined CTDI in 2021 as an Executive Assistant. Over time, my role has evolved significantly, allowing me to take on new responsibilities such as leasing management, creating financial reports, and contributing to various cross-functional projects e.g. Syndicated Loan Negotiation.

This expansion has given me the chance to deepen my expertise in finance, which I find both exciting and rewarding. I particularly appreciate the dynamic work environment, the flexibility in how we work, and the close collaboration with leadership. The flat hierarchy and direct communication foster a culture of openness and trust that makes working at CTDI truly enjoyable."

— Alisa Pellner
Experte Treasury Projects – Malsch (Germany)
